Proof You Can Send

  • A signed Arizona sealing order under A.R.S. section 13-911.
  • A signed Arizona expungement order under A.R.S. section 36-2862, when that law applies.
  • A court order or agency correction.
  • Proof that the record shows the wrong person or wrong facts.
