General FAQ
What is Azrested?
Azrested is a public-records style website that organizes arrest and booking information into searchable county, browse, and record-detail views.
Does an arrest record mean someone was convicted?
No. An arrest or booking record reflects an event in the public record and does not by itself establish guilt or a final case outcome.
Can I search by Arizona county?
Yes. The counties directory and browse tools are designed to help visitors move into county-specific record collections.
How do I request a correction or review?
Use the record review request form and submit the documentation needed to support your request.
Does Azrested remove records automatically if a case was dismissed?
No. Azrested reviews requests based on qualifying legal documentation, factual error support, or other legally sufficient grounds. A dismissal, set-aside, or other outcome does not automatically require removal.
