Overview
Azrested publishes public-record style booking information and also operates limited visitor-facing tools, including site search, record review submissions, and record-page sharing links. This policy explains what information the site currently handles in its live Arizona build and where third-party services may be involved.
Information Collected Automatically
- Standard server and request data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referral source, and access time may be recorded by the web server, hosting environment, or security tooling.
- Searches performed through the public browse tools may appear in URL parameters, browser history, referral logs, and ordinary server logs.
- The public pages reviewed for launch did not set site-owned marketing cookies by default. Core browser or WordPress features may still use session or local storage where needed for normal site operation.
Information You Submit
If you submit a record review request, Azrested currently collects the information entered into that workflow, including requester name, email address, phone number, mailing address, relationship to the subject, subject-identifying information, record URLs, explanation text, and uploaded supporting documents or government ID materials.
If Azrested enables any separate user-submitted annotation or case-status form on a page, that form may collect the fields shown in that workflow, such as contact information, status details, and any optional supporting document you choose to upload.
Public Record Content
Record pages may contain information sourced from public-facing booking or related governmental record systems. Publication of an arrest or booking event does not imply guilt or conviction, and case outcomes may differ from the initial booking record.
How Information Is Used
- To publish, organize, search, and maintain public-record style content.
- To review correction, sealing, mistaken identity, juvenile, booking-photo, or court-order submissions.
- To communicate with requesters and site administrators regarding submitted review materials.
- To rate-limit abuse, troubleshoot site issues, and protect the integrity of the platform.
Email and Internal Handling
Record review submissions are currently stored in WordPress administrative records and may also be sent by email to internal review recipients, including the configured administrator mailbox and legal@azrested.com. Requesters may also receive a confirmation email if outbound mail is available.
Uploads and Sensitive Documents
Supporting documents and government ID materials submitted through the record review workflow are intended to be stored in protected upload directories and reviewed through restricted administrative tools rather than public page links. No method of internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and redact unrelated personal data where appropriate.
Third-Party Services and Links
- Public pages currently request font assets from Google Fonts and may request WordPress emoji or related assets from WordPress.org infrastructure. Those providers may receive ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details when those assets load.
- Record pages may include Facebook follow or share links. If you click those links, you leave Azrested and interact with Facebook under Facebook’s own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics and Advertising Configuration
The current codebase includes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AdSense integration hooks for record pages and search placements. However, the public pages reviewed for launch did not load a live Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or AdSense network script by default. If analytics or advertising tools are activated in production, this policy should be updated before launch to reflect the live configuration.
Sharing
Azrested does not state that it sells submitted record-review data. Information may be shared with hosting providers, technical service providers, legal advisors, or governmental authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the site, review a request, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service.
Retention
Record review submissions, related uploads, and associated administrative records may be retained until they are deleted by site operators or are no longer needed for operational, legal, audit, or security purposes. Ordinary web-server logs, mail records, and backups may persist according to the configuration of the hosting and email providers in use.
Arizona Legal Context
Azrested operates within Arizona public-record principles, including A.R.S. § 39-121 et seq. Requests involving sealed records, juvenile confidentiality, mistaken identity, or court-ordered restrictions should be submitted with supporting documentation so they can be reviewed appropriately.
