How to Read This Policy
Azrested handles two kinds of information. It shows public arrest and booking records. It may also collect basic visitor data when you search or send a form. The sections below explain both.
Public Record Data
Record pages may use public booking, jail, or government information. This is different from data we collect from site visitors.
Visitor and Request Data
We may save search terms, form answers, uploaded files, and basic logs to run the site and review requests.

Overview
Azrested shows booking records and offers search, review forms, and sharing links. This policy explains the information these tools may use.
Information Collected Automatically
- Our server or security tools may record your IP address, browser, device, page address, referral source, and visit time.
- Your searches may appear in the page address, browser history, referral logs, and server logs.
- The site does not set its own marketing cookies by default. WordPress or your browser may use session or local storage to make the site work.
Information You Submit
If you send a review request, we collect what you enter in the form. This may include your name, contact details, relationship to the person, record link, explanation, and uploaded proof or ID.
Other forms may collect the contact details, case information, and files shown on that form.
Public Record Content
Record pages may use public booking or government records. An arrest does not prove guilt or conviction. The case result may be different.
How Information Is Used
- To publish, organize, search, and maintain public records.
- To review corrections, sealed records, wrong person claims, juvenile records, photo problems, and court orders.
- To reply to people who send review requests.
- To limit abuse, fix site problems, and keep the site safe.
Email and Internal Handling
We store review requests in WordPress. We may also email them to our site administrator and [email protected]. You may receive a confirmation email.
Uploads and Sensitive Documents
Review files and IDs are stored in protected folders and are not meant to have public links. No online system is perfectly safe. Send only what is needed and hide unrelated private details.
Outside Services and Links
- The site may load fonts from Google and icons from WordPress.org. Those services may receive your IP address and browser details.
- Record pages may include Facebook follow or share links. If you click those links, you leave Azrested and interact with Facebook under Facebook’s own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics and Advertising Configuration
The site can use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AdSense. If these tools are turned on, this policy should be updated to explain what is active.
Sharing
Azrested does not claim to sell review request data. We may share information with hosting companies, service providers, lawyers, or government offices when needed to run the site, review a request, follow the law, or protect the service.
How Long We Keep Data
We may keep review requests, uploads, and admin records until we delete them or no longer need them. Server logs, email records, and backups may remain based on the settings of our providers.
Arizona Law
Azrested follows Arizona public record rules, including A.R.S. § 39-121 and the sections that follow it. Send proof with requests about sealed records, juvenile records, a wrong person, or a court order.
